Jenny has been interested in consumer electronics since she was a child. After joining Cisdem in 2022, shortly after graduation, she is dedicated to writing about video processing solutions on Windows and Mac, including video/audio conversion, compression, downloading, DVD burning and ripping, etc.

Jenny graduated from China with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. While in university she selected courses including Technical Translation, English Literature and Writing, which provided her with a solid foundation for her later work. As a lifelong learner, Jenny keeps up with new video tech trends every day.
